This book is the artist's first monograph retracing his creative career over the last twenty years. It includes a preface by Christopher Yggdre and an interview with Maja Kolarić, director of the Belgrade Museum of Contemporary Art. Christopher Yggdre discusses in particular the French-Serbian artist's approach to cartography in its cathartic dimension

Born in Serbia in 1974, Brankica Žilović lives and works in Paris. After an academic career at the École national supérieure des Beaux-arts de Belgrade, then at the École national supérieure des Beaux-arts de Paris in the studios of Vladimir Velickovic and Dominique Gauthier, she taught for many years at the Parsons School in Paris, the École supérieure de beaux-arts d'Angers TALM and LISAA (Institut supérieur d'art appliqué, animation).
Her work has been exhibited at the Domaine départemental de Chamarande, the Fondation LAccolade (Institut de France), the Fondation François Schneider in Wattwiller, the Shanghai Museum of Modern Art, the Monastère Royale de Brou in Bourg-en-Bresse, the National Automobile Museum in Turin, the Musée de la dentelle Caudry, the Musée Français de la carte à jouer, the China Art Museum in Shanghai and numerous art centers in France and abroad.

Born in 1981, Maja Kolarić is an art historian, curator and art critic. She is director of the Belgrade Museum of Contemporary Art since 2021. She is a member of the curatorial team of the 60th Belgrade Biennale, Jubilee October Salon in 2024. Her recent exhibitions include "Michelangelo Pistoletto: Preventive Peace" in 2022 and "Erwin Wurm: One Minute Forever" in 2024. She was appointed commissioner of the Serbian Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale "The Milky Dream" presenting Vladimir Nikolić's art project "Walking With Water". She previously participated in the creation and was the first director of the Novembar contemporary art gallery in Belgrade. She was also a member of the board of the 58th Belgrade Biennale October Salon "The Dreamers". She curated the 17th Pančevo Biennale: "SEE Art Gates: States of Reality" in 2016 and curated the first exhibition on the Serbian contemporary art scene in China "Voyage: A Journey Through Contemporary Serbian Art at the China Art Museum in Shanghai in 2017-2018.

Christopher Yggdre is a freelance writer and curator. He is one of the founders of the magazine Les Périphériques vous parlent and a member of the Génération Chaos art collective from 1993 to 2001. He has been involved in numerous initiatives at the intersection of the human sciences, art and social and environmental issues, including the Manifeste pour la Mondialité in 2001 with philosopher Édouard Glissant. He has initiated a number of projects and structures in the cultural and artistic fields, including the Co-Errances cooperative, the Fonds de Dotation agnès b., l'Agence in Paris.
Since 2020, he has been artistic director of the Fondation LAccolade - Institut de France, founded by Catherine Dobler, and since February 2022, and curator of THE ELEMENTAL, an art center in Palm Springs (California), born of the partnership between Epicenter Projects (a curatorial platform created by artist Cristopher Cichocki in the Coachella Valley) and the Fondation LAccolade.
